College/school Module helps to setup the college’s day to day activity details, infrastructure details, facilities and contact details
The information gathered here will be used in some other modules of this application like the time table module. Also we feel that it is good for a student or a parent to have this knowledge.

Students Details

Student’s personal details with their guardian / parent’s contact information.
Student can apply leave here and he/she can know about his attendance percentage.
Separate user access for the student and their parents.
This personal access helps the parents to monitor the necessary information (academic and behavioral) of their children.
It also covers performance analyzer of each student, details of old students, sending email and messages to parents and track of student’s attendance

This module will help the user to generate timetable for the student and staff for a particular academic year/semester.
This process is automatic generation of time tables are very new.
Just by clicking couple of buttons, you can save all your precious time that you have invested to prepare the timetable manually.

Every year the application admin or the data entry operator has to create the fee structure with the fee payment period details for each course. Complete mark list and individual mark-sheets.
With the help of the previously entered information, the cashier will get the knowledge of the fee details for all the students. Top ranking and low average student’s reports.
This will also have invoice software inbuilt for fee collection.
Alert will be send to the students/parents for non – payment/ late fee.

Staff information with the personal details and other related details, current performance with this college and previous working history.
Also it covers the complete academic history. Personal user access for each staff to maintain their information, class in charge details and feedback of the staff.
